23.02.2011 Cascais/Agen: It was great to be at the airfield some 45 minutes before the actual scheduled take-off time, but not as great if the tower doesn't have any record of the flight plan. But our handling agent soon got into action and everything was handled successfully. The Spanish authorities would not have approved the flight plan as it stood. The route had been changed. And it was really quite spectacular flying over Lisbon with excellent visibility. And indeed visibility throughout the entire flight was excellent until shortly before Agen. But to land we had to pass through a layer of cloud again. BP was waiting to refuel us and then we ordered a taxi to take us to Villa Les Jacobins.
