My first flight as a co-pilot was in a 2-engine Piper Navajo and was so fascinating that I wanted to be able to fly myself at all costs and encouraged me take lessons to gain my private pilot’s licence.

I often visited South, Central and North America as part of my job. I lived and worked in Rio and Sao Paulo for four years. Brazil’s an impressive country with wonderful people and I’ll never forget it. We’ll probably just fly to and visit the majority of places.

It’ll be exciting to see what’s changed and what hasn’t.«
